Job qualification next level: The Work@Heart certificate programme increases students' chances of successfully starting a career – flexibly, sustainably and parallel to their studies. Interested parties can ask their questions in an online information session on the 9th of July from 12 to 1 pm.

In the new Work@Heart certificate programme, participants gain deeper insights into their respective professional field over the course of two semesters, attend tailored workshops and build a lasting network.

Students can choose between three different professional skills that match their job aspirations:

  • Perspectives on sustainability
  • Digital transformation
  • Internationalisation and intercultural competence

Perspectives on sustainability

The certificate programme is aimed at all those who not only want to support companies or projects with the expertise they have acquired during their studies, but also want to assist with a sustainable orientation or transformation.

Digital transformation

What is a matter of course for digital natives does not have to remain an unattainable goal for traditional companies: The certificate programme provides exactly the right skills to support digital expansion and transformation and make companies future-proof.

Internationalisation and intercultural competence

The programme is suitable for students who are planning to work in an internationally oriented company or in intercultural teams in the future. Workshops, internships and language courses qualify students for the special challenges of global cooperation.

Regardless of which programme students choose, all three certification programmes offer

  • valuable contacts with Brandenburg companies
  • career talks and job shadowing with self-initiated organisation
  • coaching, workshops and lectures on career-related questions and mindset topics
  • a limited number of participants (maximum 15 people) for an intensive learning experience and familiar atmosphere
  • meaningful proof in the form of a certificate of participation from Potsdam University of Applied Sciences for your application documents
