Introduction of Research Management with HISinOne-RES
The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam is digitising its research processes with HISinOne-RES. The new system is designed to simplify access to research data, improve the communication of research results and make the administration of research projects more efficient.
Digitalisation of processes in research
Central database for research and transfer projects
The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam is currently introducing HISinOne-RES, a research management system.
In future, this will enable the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam to manage key information on research and transfer projects in a central database, simplifying data access and administration. Access to the data is web-based and is controlled by assigning roles.
Communication of publications & research results
HISinOne-RES will make it possible to communicate research results and publications in a transparent and up-to-date manner.
HISinOne-RES will gradually go live over the course of 2023. In the future, all research, transfer and teaching projects at the university will be recorded and managed via HISinOne-RES.
Added value of HISinOne-RES for the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam
The HISinOne-RES research management system will make it easier for all members of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam to apply for and manage projects.
HISinOne-RES offers ...
- a simplification of the application and administration of third-party funding, including the digital notification of third-party funding.
- a qualitative improvement in internal and external networking.
- complete mapping of the core data set for research (KDSF).
- linking the presentation of research achievements, including details of projects, patents and publications, with the researchers' profile pages,
- simplification of the reporting system and improvement of the external presentation.
