FHP Mobil
Das FHP Mobil ist ein Raum für innovative Ideen, Aktionen und eine Plattform für Dialoge. Das Tiny House auf Rädern ist seit Sommer 2021 für die Fachhochschule Potsdam im Einsatz. Es zeigt in wechselnden Ausstellungen und Präsentationen sowie in Veranstaltungen die vielfältigen Aktivitäten der Hochschule, quer durch alle Fachbereiche und Institute.
Hochschulpräsenzstelle Luckenwalde
Das Konzept sah vor, eine 800 qm große Halle eines Gewerbehofs zu nutzen, um neue Möglichkeiten von Hochschulkooperationen mit Unternehmen, dem Regionalen Wachstumskern Luckenwalde und der Zivilgesellschaft zu initiieren und zu begleiten. In enger Kooperation mit verschiedenen Akteur*innen der Region und einer frühen Integration der Bürger*innen entstand eine lebendige Präsenzstelle der Hochschulen.
InNoWest
InNoWest ist ein Verbundprojekt der Hochschule für Nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde, Fachhochschule Potsdam und der Technischen Hochschule Brandenburg. Das Projekt führt zwei große Transformationsherausforderungen zusammen: nachhaltige Entwicklung und Digitalisierung.
Transferprofessuren
Transfer gehört in Brandenburg zu den gesetzlichen Aufgaben von Hochschulen. Zur Übernahme profilbildender Aufgaben in diesem Bereich kann die Fachhochschule Potsdam seit 2024 Professorinnen und Professoren zeitlich befristet Transferprofessuren vergeben.

The Gewerbehof in Luckenwalde is a place of exchange and innovation. Connected to the Technical University of Wildau and the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam, the local office Luckenwalde works in close cooperation with the Regional Growth Core Luckenwalde.

Just do it! Sustainable and digital together in North-West Brandenburg
The joint project "InNoWest – Just do it! Sustainable and Digital Together in North-West Brandenburg" aims at innovations in North-West Brandenburg and brings together two major transformation challenges: sustainable development and digitalisation. The network supports the sustainable development of the region with transfer projects around the topics of "user-centred digitalisation", "sustainable transformation" and "shaping society".

sepulcrum – Biodegradable Urns for Humans or Animals
In the "sepulcrum" seminar, contemporary and biodegradable urns for humans or animals were designed in cooperation with the family business and urn manufacturer Völsing. In a final presentation with jury meeting at the Baumschulenweg crematorium, the best urn designs were awarded prizes.

Der Transferservice der Fachhochschule Potsdam unterstützt Innovationen an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Praxis und fördert den Wissenstransfer. Die Praxispartner*innen profitieren vom Know-how der Professor*innen und der kreativen Herangehensweise der Studierenden. Durch Veranstaltungen, Beratungsgespräche und gemeinsame Projekte werden Kooperationen zwischen Forschung und Praxispartner*innen angebahnt.
