In his lecture, psychologist Hans-Georg Willmann gives recommendations on how students and graduates can maintain a healthy work-life balance in order to successfully manage their professional and private lives.

New Work World challenges us to consciously manage our time and energy to meet both pro-fessional and personal commitments while prioritizing self-care and well-being – What is work-life balance? What are influencing factors? How can we maintain a healthy work-life balance?

Expert on coaching in the field of career and personal development Hans-Georg Willmann is an Author of more than 30 books, many of which translated and published internationally.
