Interactive workshop as part of the certificate programme that teaches key methods and concepts of change management.

Many employers are companies that need help in shaping the digital future. Corresponding skills are therefore more in demand than ever.

In the workshop, coach Sophie Gacs explains the basics of agile project management and change management, demonstrates their practical application and provides an understanding of how organisational learning can be promoted. Participants thus acquire precisely those skills that are of great importance in today's working world, as they help to accompany digital change.

The event is a free offer from the certificate programme of Work@Heart certificate programme and will be held online via Zoom.
