Dr Gerald Süchting's practice focuses on private construction law, real estate law and corporate law.
He advises domestic and foreign clients in private construction law as well as in architectural and engineering law on all issues arising in the context of planning and construction projects. The spectrum of his work ranges from advising on applications for contracts to legal support in negotiations and the conclusion of contracts and the enforcement of claims for remuneration and fees. Dr Gerald Süchting has many years of experience, including forensic experience, in supporting and handling construction projects, some of which are extremely complex.
In the area of real estate law, Dr Gerald Süchting advises on the structuring and handling of project developments and other property transactions. This includes the structuring and formation of project or property companies, the drafting and negotiation of share or property purchase agreements.
