Do you have a job interview coming up and want to know how to prepare for it in the best possible way? Procedure:
True to the workshop design, theory is always followed by practice: At the beginning of the workshop, you will select a job that interests you and analyse the job advertisement according to instructions. You will then familiarise yourself with the most frequently asked questions in a job interview and the corresponding response strategies and make notes on how to answer the individual questions. After you have learnt how to determine a realistic salary expectation and how to approach salary negotiations strategically, you will determine your salary expectation for the position. Sufficient time is also planned for individual questions. You will also receive free access to Julia's Udemy video course "Get your dream job", where you can review all the content of the workshop.
About the trainer:
Julia Barden is a psychologist with professional experience in the HR department of companies such as Deutsche Bahn and Commerzbank. She supports people in their career orientation and throughout the entire application process.
