Convincing in Job Interviews and Salary Negotiations – for International Students

Procedure:

True to the workshop design, theory is always followed by practice: At the beginning of the workshop, you will select a job that interests you and analyse the job advertisement according to instructions. You will then familiarise yourself with the most frequently asked questions in a job interview and the corresponding response strategies and make notes on how to answer the individual questions. After you have learnt how to determine a realistic salary expectation and how to approach salary negotiations strategically, you will determine your salary expectation for the position.
