Successful Conclusion: 21st Social Justice and Diversity Training with University Certificate and Satisfied Participants
The 21st round of social justice and diversity training was successfully completed. The practical training promoted intensive dialogue and was very well received by the group.
On the 7th of September 2024, the 21st round of the in-service training course "Social Justice and Diversity Training", which took place in close cooperation with the Institute for Social Justice and Radical Diversity in Berlin, ended in midsummer temperatures. Prof. Dr. Gudrun Perko from the Department of Social and Educational Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and Leah Carola Czollek, Director of the Institute, bid farewell to the participants in a festive ceremony.
The training programme is based on the anti-discrimination education and training concept "Social Justice and Diversity", developed by Leah Czollek, Gudrun Perko, Corinne Kaszner and Max Czollek. The aim of the programme is to promote inclusion, participation and involvement regardless of diversity categories. The participants learnt to recognise and counteract structural discrimination in the context of power and domination relationships at an individual and institutional level.
