EXIST Women's Brunch: First Network Meeting of FHP Scholarship Holders

At today's EXIST-Women Brunch, participants from the first round of 2024 met this year's newcomers for the first time.

The lively exchange in the Entrepreneurship & Management Lab focused on the unique opportunities that the EXIST-Women funding programme offers female students, graduates and employees of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam who are interested in starting their own business. 

As the needs of those supported are similar, the former scholarship holders were able to talk a lot about their experiences and successes and were only too happy to pass on personal recommendations. In particular, the topics of self-marketing, financial coaching, compatibility with family (planning) and mentoring were emphasised and openly discussed. 

In any case, it became clear that networking and mutual support among women and female founders is incredibly important and beneficial. One thing is certain: there will be another brunch soon!
