Department of Information Sciences of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam well represented at BiblioCon2024
BiblioCon, one of Germany's largest professional events for the library sector, took place in Hamburg this year under the title 112th BiblioCon2024 "open.local.global". The Department of Information Science of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam was also well represented at BiblioCon.
More than a dozen students from various semesters of the Bachelor's degree programme in Library Science took part in an excursion to BiblioCon together with the head of the programme, Prof. Dr. Ulrike Wuttke, which was supported by the FHP programme "Gender in Teaching". The Department of Information Sciences was also prominently represented in the programme of events.
