Start-Up Workshop in the Winter Semester 2023/24: Advantages and Challenges of Founding a Team

Starting a business with people you know well can be obvious, highly motivating and promising. In order to utilise the advantages of founding a team for the development and implementation of the business idea right from the start, it is helpful to be clear about basic things right at the beginning.

This workshop with Tom Spike focuses on methods of successful communication within the team and on rules that are supportive and useful for the subsequent management of the company. The main topics are: constructive and cooperative communication, a healthy feedback culture, efficient organisation of meetings, constructive negotiation, team building, team development, suitable forms of organisation for your own team.
