General Assembly of the Student Body
The Students’ Union Executive Committee (AStA) invites you to the general assembly of the student body in the summer semester.
The General Assembly (VV) is the most important body of the student body! Students decide what the Students’ Union Executive Committee should implement. All students of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam can submit motions and are entitled to speak and vote. It is also possible to simply listen.
The provisional agenda will be available here two weeks before the General Assembly.
The Casino is opening a bar in the lecture theatre especially for the General Assembly and we are also giving away several vouchers for the Casino. So it's worth being there early to get your name in the lottery pot in time.
Students can still submit project funding applications of 800 euros or more until 22 May 2023 so that they can be voted on at the assembly. Please send applications by email to asta.antrag@fh-potsdam.de
Further topic proposals for the assembly can be submitted by email (asta@fh-potsdam.de). You can also use the AStA mailbox to anonymously ask questions, suggest topics or leave comments that can be addressed, answered or discussed at the General Assembly!
According to Section 3 (1) of the University's Basic Regulations, there is freedom to organise courses at the plenary assembly – and this also applies online! Lecturers must cancel their course during this period. If there are any problems with this, students can contact the AStA by email.
