New further education programme "Systemic organisational transformation" starts in autumn 2025
Shaping change processes in organisations innovatively and implementing them sustainably: With the new continuing education programme "Systemic Organisational Transformation", the Central Institution for Continuing Education (ZEW) at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences offers specialists and managers a practical and forward-looking qualification. The course starts on 16 October 2025 and is aimed at anyone who wants to professionally support complex change processes and successfully develop organisations.
A practical approach to complex challenges
Companies and organisations today face dynamic and complex challenges. The new certificate course provides in-depth knowledge of systemic approaches, modern organisational models and tried-and-tested methods. The aim is to enable participants to effectively shape change processes, overcome resistance and achieve sustainable results.
"If you want to transform organisations sustainably, you need more than just tools - you need a deep understanding of systemic relationships and the dynamics of change," says Gabriele Dreilich, Management Consultant at HR Pioneers GmbH and lecturer on the programme. "This course combines theory and practice in such a way that participants can apply the methods directly in their day-to-day work."
Frank Hörhold, founder of Werkstatt für Zusammenarbeit and Managing Director of CPS Cultur, also emphasises the practice-oriented approach: "Our aim is to provide participants not just with knowledge, but with real skills. Supporting change processes requires sensitivity, clarity and the ability to integrate different perspectives."
