Democracy & Me – Action Day at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam
All members of the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam are invited to take a practical, participative and personal look at our democracy on the day of action.
A series of activity stands in front of the canteen at lunchtime offer a variety of opportunities to engage critically and creatively with the upcoming elections and democracy. Numerous information materials will enable a dialogue-based and playful examination of basic concepts, fake news, information horizons and other questions of democracy. Democratic participation and the active exercise of the right to vote are encouraged. A living democracy needs active democrats!

On the same day, the student general assembly and the second date of the Democratic Drinks will take place.
The day of action takes place as part of the Democracy Semester at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. Students and lecturers at FHP are shaping the 2024 summer semester together under the motto #Democracy! All members of the university are invited to actively engage with issues of democracy, diversity and openness through courses, events, research projects and workshops.
